We reply to email enquiries within one business day. For an urgent problem with an order in progress, please call us — email is not the fastest way to reach us mid-delivery.

When contacting us about an order, please include your order number and the phone number registered to your account so we can find it quickly.

Common questions

My order has not arrived

Check the order status in the app first — it shows whether the restaurant is still preparing your order or a rider is already on the way. If the order is significantly late, contact us with your order number.

My order is wrong or incomplete

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a description of what was wrong. Photographs help. We will investigate with the restaurant and, where appropriate, arrange a refund or credit.

I was charged but my order did not go through

Open the order in the app and use the payment check option, which asks our payment provider to re-confirm the transaction. If the charge remains unmatched, email us with your order number and the amount and we will reconcile it.

When will I get my refund?

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. How long it takes to appear on your statement depends on your card issuer or wallet provider, and is typically several working days.

How do I change my phone number or delivery address?

Both can be changed in the app under your profile. Changing your phone number requires verification by a one-time code sent to the new number.

How do I delete my account?

Email help@eatgodelivery.com from the email address on your account, or include your registered phone number, and we will process the deletion. See our Privacy Policy for what is retained afterwards and why.
